Introduction to Stained Glass with Bryce Schauwecker
In this 2-day course, students will learn how to cut, grind, foil, solder, and patina, while creating their very own stained glass panel from an assortment of templates. At the end of the class students will walk away with a finished project, ready to take home. No prior experience necessary.
In this class students will learn to:
- Select a pattern and glass
- Cut glass accurately
- Sand and grind edges
- Apply foil to glass pieces
- Solder project together
- Prep and patina
- Clean and polish your finished piece
Class Details:
This is a two-day course, where students will create an 8”- 10” stained glass panel made of 14-18 pieces. The class will be held in our torch studio on September 13th & 14th, from 10:00 am-2:00pm both days. $340 / student.
